Random Thoughts
Mar. 2nd, 2002 03:28 pmMy hair is in a navy blue bath towel turban. I have two broken nails. Only seven of my toenails are still painted purple. I think maybe I'll take some nail polish with me to Brian's and work on these things today. My favorite t-shirt has permanent white cakes of deodorant under the arms. I am so emotionally attached to this shirt. I bought it at the Village Thrift store in May of 2000. It's grass green with "OHIO" written in yellow and pink letters on the front. I paid 25 cents for it. sigh.
I got an idea from Organic Jewelry last night. See, it's a kickass site, but it's geared towards retailers and individual buyers are charged 200%. Some of the semi-precious (jade, amethyst, amber, obsidian, quartz, etc.) plugs were former beads that the site owner found, measured for gauge and was selling for $4 a pop. Beads? I'm going to Michael's Crafts as soon as I leave the house today.
I'm hungry. My mom made something yummy for breakfast, I could smell it. However, that was about 4 hours before I got up, so it's probably gone by now.
The birds came back early this year. There's a huge flock resting on the power lines behind my house. I'll bet they're sorry. It's fricking freezing out there Mr. Bigglesworth!
OK, my hunger, curiosity about possible bead plugs and my SoulCalibur addiction are forcing me to go dry my hair and get moving.
